Large Format tennis match charting notebook.   Horizontally formatted for handwritten entry of “level 1″* notations, such as “+ or -” (indicating, for each point, whether the point-deciding shot resulted primarily due to a good shot or a bad shot, and from which player), the “stroke” (e.g., forehand, backhand, volley, lob, overhead, serve, etc.) of each point-deciding shot of each point, “effect” (e.g., winner, unforced error, forced error, etc.) of each point-deciding shot of each point, and the court area (e.g., 7ST target zone, into net,wide of the court, beyond the baseline, etc.) where each point-deciding shot of each point was directed.

Includes a 1-page overview of match charting conventions and notation; 20 pages of blank charting forms with 10 match compilation summary boxes.
